Western Coalfields Apprentice Stipend
The Apprentice would be paid a monthly consolidated stipend amount as per the Government of India’s Gazette notification under the Apprenticeship Act 1992 (amended). The current stipend rate is as follows:

Western Coalfields Apprenticeship Training Period
- Apprenticeship Training for ITI Trade Apprentices shall last 12 months, beginning on the date of the apprenticeship contract.
- For Fresher Trade Apprentices period of Apprenticeship Training shall be, as specified in the Apprenticeship Rule.
WCL Apprentice Selection Procedure
Selection of Candidates in each trade shall be Scrutiny o f Application, Document Verification, Medical Examination etc.
