Pay Scale
The stipend will be paid of Rs. 50000/- for Management Trainee and Rs.30000/ for Assistant Management Trainee during the period of training. After Complete of training, the candidates pay matrix will be Rs. 56000-1,77,500 for Management Trainee and Rs.44900-1,42,000 for Assistant Management Trainee.
Training Period
Selected Candidates have to undergo training for a period of one year at various units of Odisha Power Transmission Corporation Limited(OPTCL).
Exam Centre
Online Exam or Common Based Test for the post of Management Trainees and Junior management Trainees will be held at Bhubaneswar & Cuttack.
Selection Procedure
The Selection of Candidates to the recruitment of posts Management Trainee and Assistant Management Trainee will be based on Computer Based Test(CBT) and Interview.
